At Becina Bella, we want choosing pieces for your home to feel comfortable and enjoyable. If something you ordered isn’t quite right, our return process is designed to be clear and stress-free.

Return window
You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. This gives you ample time to unpack your items, place them in your space, and decide whether they’re the right match.

Condition of returned items
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and sent back with all packaging included. We never apply restocking fees.

How to begin a return
To start a return, contact us at support@becinabella.com and include your order number. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method so the parcel reaches us safely.

Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, simply mention this when you contact us. We will gladly help you choose another item.

Refund timeframes
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items. Your bank or payment provider may take a few extra days to finalise the transfer.
