What is Becina Bella?
Becina Bella is an Australian home decor destination where thoughtfully selected pieces help you create a space that feels inviting, balanced and uniquely yours. Our collection focuses on warmth, comfort and simple design that brings everyday living to life.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do. Every order includes free shipping within Australia. There are no minimums or extra conditions. We want delivery to feel easy, predictable and stress-free.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 4–9 business days. Once your parcel has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its progress.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We currently ship within Australia only, allowing us to maintain the best service and delivery experience. If we open orders to other regions, our customers will be the first to know.
What is your return policy?
If something doesn’t feel quite right, you can return your items within 60 days of delivery. Just contact us at support@becinabella.com and we’ll walk you through the steps.
How long do refunds take?
Once we’ve received and approved your return, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take a little longer to complete the transfer.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes. If you’d prefer an exchange, send us a quick message at support@becinabella.com and we’ll help you find a replacement that suits your home.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Diners Club, Discover, Mastercard and PayPal. All payments are processed securely with full SSL encryption.
Is my personal and payment information safe?

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
First, check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If the parcel hasn’t arrived after 7 business days, contact us at support@becinabella.com and we’ll investigate right away.
What happens if I receive a damaged product?
We’re truly sorry if your item arrives damaged. Please email us at support@becinabella.com with a short description and, if possible, a photo. We can arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to make changes or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we’ll do everything we can to help.
